About the product information
ThinkWay is preparing to launch. Specifications, images, capacities, colours and other details on this site describe the product as it stands today and may change before production. Pictures and videos may show prototypes. Capacities after compression are equivalent volumes for soft clothing and depend on what you pack. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no price, date or availability is promised until it is announced.
Buying through Kickstarter
ThinkWay will be offered on Kickstarter. If you back the project, your pledge, payment, rewards and refunds are governed by Kickstarter's terms and by the information on the campaign page at that time. Crowdfunding involves risk, including delays.
The ThinkWay Concierge
The Concierge, and replies to email marked as written by our AI assistant, are generated automatically. We work to keep them accurate, but they can contain mistakes. They are not a promise, a warranty or advice. Where an answer differs from the official specifications or the campaign page, the official information applies. If something matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing. Please do not misuse the assistant, try to make it act against these terms, or use it to collect information about other people.
Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it and use it to learn about ThinkWay. You may not copy large parts of it, scrape it, interfere with how it works, try to get around its limits or security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The ThinkWay name and logo, the product design, and the text, images, videos and code on this site belong to ThinkWay or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to share or quote the site in the ordinary way with a link back.

Links to other sites, including Kickstarter, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on information on it, including answers from the Concierge. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
